UK house prices saw a modest increase to 0.3% in July. Annual house price growth remained broadly stable in July at 2.9%, only slightly lower than the 3.1% recorded in June.
Property transactions were 3.3% lower in June than they were in May. Although lower quarter on quarter, the June 2017 property transactions were higher than those in June 2016.
